This one is a total winner for that mid week rustle for something to eat. Everything I always have in the dry cupboard and in this case I had a half empty bag of spinach. Quick check for black bits and it’s going in. Whole thing is packed with antioxidants, protein, and iron. Get it in ya!
I’m a sucker for those frozen family packs of parathas from Tesco. Fry a pile of those and bish bash bosh you’ve got a winner of a dinner.
